Blog Title and URL Change

Well if you are reading this...then you have figured out that we have already changed the title of the blog and URL. Yes, we are already going through a restructuring here within the corporation. Now that we have settled on our name, we can move forward with our endeavor. A meeting of the minds will take place this weekend discuss what direction we want to take Glory Daze. Speaking of Glory Daze, let us tell you a little about the thought behind the genius (that is how you spell it TP) of the name.

The first inspiration is of historical significance, historical in the sense of Loserville proportions. There is a tendancy within our group to reflect back to ones time of greatness. We all do it at one time or another. Whether it be a last second shot made (or missed in Chucks case) in a basketball game, or the first girl you had relations with or the first time you walked into your parent's house sloppy drunk thinking your parents wouldn't realize. Those are indeed the Glory Daze.

Another inspiration derives from the show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" The 2 part episode entitled: Mac and Charlie Die you can check it out here: (you have to register for viewing, but no charge and no spam) CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO

A quote from the show:

Frank: Suppose the other guy is picturing a girl also
Dee: How’s he gonna do that with a dick in his mouth?
Frank: Well that’s his problem.

In my opinion and many other critics, It's Always Sunny is the best show on TV.

Anyway, now that we have our new title and have reorganized we will get more information out after the weekend pow wow.

Glory Days

Hello all, sorry for my tardiness in posting to this incredibly awesome site...I hope this thing has spell check, cause I ain't so good at the spelling. I'm more of an idea guy! Anywho, Loserville is making some moves and I like it. We are going to get things going in the right direction, we have been a bit like "the puppy who lost his way" and now Loserville will finally make its mark on the world, however, only the future can tell what sort of mark, or stain that will be.

Today I write to you with a very sore body. I, along with some other fine gentlemen, participated in a flag football tournament this past Saturday. Trying to recapture the thrill and excitement of my glory days! While there was no band playing "Smoke on the water" nor a cowbell being played feverishly, nor an announcer to introduce me to the crowd of 7 ( it was 18 degrees outside!) I still approached this tourney with child-like enthusiasm. Sure it was cold, but not in my head, where I was running precise routes, making tackles like Bob Sanders and catching passes like T.O. We, as a team of elders in this youglings tournament, made it to the semi-finals before injuries, time, age and weather took its toll. We lost 3 players and still only loss by two scores. This leads me to only one conclusion..."We Still Got It Baby!!" Someone Cue Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days please.

Seriously though the glory days are the glory days for a reason. They bring friends together years down the road, they provide phenomenal memories and stories to tell for all involved. Families, Friends and others all should do a little remembering around the holidays about the glory days. Ask a friend about the time he scored the game winning td in high school, or the time she spiked the volleyball for the win in college intramurals or even the time when you passed out in the bushes at a party or walked home in the snow for 3 miles and have no memory of it! The glory days help make us who we are and are the foundation of who we will someday be. So on that note, I will leave you to your favorite recollection of the Glory Days. More to come, stay tuned...next blog's topic "Children whose parents are dead, but still beat them."

Sooo....

Yes in true Loserville fashion, my associate has failed to post on this blog yet. But do not fret, we will get our sh*t together soon enough. Colts got an ugly win, but a win is a win. I haven't had a chance to watch this past weeks Saturday Night Live but it will have a hard time matching last weeks with "Jizz in my Pants". The wife and I had a good night at the headquarters playing some "couples games".

Chuck will soon be posting on his weekend flag football tournament. So stay tuned. This will get much more exciting. I promise!

In Your Face Bitches!

So you naysayers thought it would never happen.

My associate (Chuck) and I have been talking for years about getting some sort of independent venture started. So this is it. We are hitting the ground running.

First we start with this blog. This will be our platform to communicate with our friends, colleagues, coworkers, family, haters, etc.

We will also use this site as a way to display our work. We are currently working on script development for many shorts, webisodes and more.

To all, feel free to contribute ideas, opinions, commentary or whatever you may choose. This is an open forum for all.
